About This Course

This course in particular will help students to be aware about the basic marketing skills required for taking care of real life situations in the field.In this course, you will learn how businesses create value for customers. Also various processes will be discussed to give clarity on how Marketing builds on a thorough understanding of buyer behavior to create value and also we will discuss on the product development and life cycle of the product and finally  on how Marketing Strategies and Plans are created

An academician with more than 10 years of experience Currently working with the Faculty of Management Studies as program chairperson of MBA, with Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She has authored a book on Marketing World Heritage Sites: A comparative Study of Delhi & Agra and her second book on Odyssey to Leadership: A Strategic Perspective is under print. She has organized several National Conference and Seminars in area of Marketing and Human Resource. She has worked in various teaching, training and administrative profiles with MRIIRS and has been actively participative in enhancing teaching pedagogy, curriculum development and has been actively participated in various seminars and conferences and has also been invited for delivering guest lectures She is an alumnus of Indira Gandhi National Open University (Ph. D. programme in Tourism Marketing; Punjab Technical University (MBA -Marketing and Human Resource Management); New Delhi Institute of Management (BBA) Areas of interest are Marketing Management, Business Law, Tourism, Entrepreneurship and Event Management.
